I will never forget the morning of Sept. 27, 2024, when Hurricane Helene roared through our town and sent a massive red oak tree crashing through our home. Through God's grace, neither my wife nor I were injured, but our house suffered massive damage. Upon a recommendation from someone I trusted, I called Terry Bradley. He was on the site of another project but responded on the first ring and immediately made arrangements to come see the house. Although he had projects going before the storm and had already stretched his company to help others who had also suffered damage, he quickly volunteered to help us. His team was excellent and were professional in all aspects of the work from start to finish. Project Manager Vince Taylor did a superb job and was also easy to work with. He and Terry both were always easy to reach with a phone call or text and did a great job of answering my questions. We will always be grateful for Bradley Construction's help in our time of need!

We worked with Mark Crosby from Bradley Construction, LLC. They did a complete remodel of our kitchen. It took us a while to nail down who we wanted to use(so many other contractors that did not show up when they said they would and provided only partial estimate or $20-40K above our budget). Mark provided great communication from a complete estimate and letting us know who and what day key steps would be happening in our home. The job was started and finished in the expected time and very close to the estimated amount as we made changes on some electrical features. We are so happy with our new kitchen.

Bradley Construction is the BEST! I contracted with them for a major remodel of my home, and they provided excellent service. Their price was fair--in fact considerably under my max budget. Mark Bradley, the project supervisor, kept on top of every aspect of the work. He kept me informed of what and when each job would be done. If I had questions, he was available by phone or text. He would respond within a couple of hours. He made sure that materials were delivered on time, and the workers were here when promised. Each person who did the work was dedicated to providing excellence. If I had a concern, they listened to me and provided answers. They finished the work on time. When done, the only overages in cost were caused by my choices in materials. They did wonderful work, and I highly recommend them.

We still consider ourselves blessed and lucky to have met these guys. Terry knows his stuff there’s no doubt. Even after hurricane Helene we are still enjoying our beautiful cathedral ceiling, easy breeze windows porch. You can always call and count on his team to make adjustments concerning anything at almost any point even after construction. If there’s anything they do they do it right. We’ve even called to make handicapped adjustments due to our matriarch falling and breaking an hip and within days doors were widened and ceiling fans hung and there’s always a crew member to help. These guys are pure gold. Treat yourself by hiring them and get it done right time and time again. It’s a relationship that keeps on giving. I honestly hired him because I asked what his warranty was and he said always. Wishing many blessings for this business and staff.

Bradley Construction remodeled our kitchen about 3 years ago. They did a terrific job at an affordable price. Recently we developed a small leak. I called Bradley on a whim and they immediately came out and repaired it, no charge. Great customer service. Highly recommend.

I always deal with Rick Burgan of Bradley Construction. He oversaw the rebuilding of my back deck as well as remodel of my master bath. Most recently, he managed and oversaw storm damage repairs to my roof, gutters, siding, and window screens.

I don’t write many reviews, but I was inspired to write this one. It’s rare to find a company when you are doing a remodeling project that is competitive, professional, communicates well and does a great job in all aspects of the project. Our experience with Bradley Construction was all that and more. From the very first contact with Terry Bradley through all the steps in our kitchen remodel (replace granite, sink, new appliance install and rebuild of pony wall) the team from Bradley Construction was “on it”. Clear and easy to understand invoicing was also part of our experiences…. there were simply no surprises, and the job was done in a very reasonable time frame. Hats off to our project manager, Rick, and to all of Terry’s team, especially Marcus – I could not give a stronger recommendation. We have had some challenges with construction teams in the past, but not this time – they simply tell you what they are going to do and then they deliver – and the end result was exactly what we had hoped for!

We are not even halfway through our project and are already so very pleased with Bradley Construction. We are redoing a covered porch, adding a deck and remodeling a master bath. Whole house renovation in 6 months! Bradley Construction was excellent in every way! They were profession, thorough, detailed and punctual from the first meeting with Terry and Rick to quote the project to the completion.
